Section I: General Provisions

1. All personnel engaged in the operation and maintenance of the high-speed hydraulic tamping machine must carefully read and be familiar with the safe operation procedures and apply them. The machine is mainly used in local road sections and narrow areas to improve the compactness of backfill soil. The operators need to receive formal training to avoid danger.

2. The operator must be familiar with all operating procedures and control devices of the machine and the working condition of the tamping machine.

3. All original parts, accessories and accessories of the high-speed hydraulic tamping machine are specially designed for the machine. It is recommended to use the special parts provided by the factory to avoid affecting the service performance of the machine.

4. The traction equipment connected with HS hydraulic compactor shall meet the following requirements:

The traction equipment connected to HS30, hs35 and hs50 compactors shall be loaders or large excavators with a rated load capacity of more than 5T.

5. The hydraulic oil filled into the tank of HS rammer is China Great Wall anti-wear hydraulic oil. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the traction equipment connected with it shall use hydraulic oil of the same brand and model.

Section II: Operation

1. Before the operation of high-speed hydraulic compactor, check whether the functions of controller, instrument and indicator light are normal. Before starting or continuing to work, ensure that there is no one in the dangerous area and there are no obstacles above and in front of the road.

2. The tractor connected to the high-speed hydraulic compactor shall lift the compactor equipment before walking, and the lifting distance depends on the actual working road conditions.

3. When the high-speed hydraulic compactor is running or working, the front and rear vehicles shall keep a certain distance.

4. For night operation of high-speed hydraulic tamping machine, night lights must be used to make the working site fully illuminated.

5. Pay attention to abnormal noise during operation. If it is found, find out the cause in time and eliminate it before working.
